Coyne has appeared on five U.S. Women's
National Teams (1992, 1994, 1995, 1996 and
1997) and has recorded three goals and 11
assists in 24 games ... suffered a broken arm in
the cross-over game against China at the 1996
IIHF Pacific Women's Hockey Championship
and sat out the gold medal game ... played on
U.S. Women's Select Teams in 1993, 1995,
1996 and 1997 ... played college hockey at the
University of New Hampshire from 1989-93 and
finished her career with 22 goals and 44 assists
in 88 games ... was team captain her senior
season and was named All-Eastern College
Athletic Conference ... won two ECAC
championships with the Wildcats ... was an
All-American in lacrosse in 1989 ... served as
an assistant coach in 1993-94 while completing
her undergraduate studies ... graduated from
Tabor Academy, where she received the ice
hockey team's Most Valuable Player Award
during the 1986-87, 1987-88 and 1988-89
