News from the VITAL Computer Program

The latest computer access software to be added to the VITAL program at the Brooks Free Library is called GUIDE. GUIDE uses magnification, screen reading, and/or speech recognition. It has many easy-to-use features, including email, word processing, a web browser, reading machine, dictionary and more. With its easy-to-follow menus, magnification, and speech, you will be able to use GUIDE with very little training, even if you have never used a computer before. For a demonstration or free one-on-one instruction, call Carla Burke at the Brooks Free Library: 508-430-7562.
