This Month’s Problem-Solving Tip:

If you are having difficulty writing down and reading names, telephone numbers and other information given to you during a phone call, have a simple cassette recorder on the table by your phone and record the information by repeating it into the recorder when the information is given to you. No need to worry about being able to read what you wrote!!!
